Namaste Holistics January 21. 2008

So it has now been a year since we tried to go completely raw. I found that did not work for me. However, Akom on the other hand has been sailing along quite nicely. We have found some pretty yummy recipes which I will post later.

However, the reason I have not posted in quite some time is because of our new business venture Namaste Holistics. So my goal with the company is to help people find the balance between their busy lives and health.
